I am located inside Nail Technology Training and Educational Center! Late Policy: We offer a 10-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, a $15 late fee will be added to your service. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be canceled and treated as a No-Show to ensure the next guest is not delayed.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to me and are reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule changes are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Less than 24 hours' notice: Will result in a charge equal to 35% of the reserved service amount.
• No-Shows: Will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
• Late Arrivals: Please note that arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a no-show.
